  • System Access: Hosted products will be unavailable during this window. Users attempting to log in will see a maintenance page.
  • Reports/Exports: All scheduled outbound exports and reports will be canceled during this period.
  • Connectivity: FTP/SFTP sites may experience intermittent connectivity issues.

Recommendation: We recommend pausing any automated data file deliveries until the maintenance is complete. If a scheduled delivery fails, please resend the files once the window has closed.
